As a self-proclaimed confessional artist, my focus is on the revelation of the private self. My paintings are the vessel through which I release any negative energy that I may have buried deep inside my psyche. My favorite artists have always been those who express the darkness of the human condition, because they provided comfort to me as a child. The feeling that you are not alone in those darkest, most euphoric moments—that is what I aim to provide.
